Q: How does the process work?
The On-Hold Recording Process
Both script writing and equipment installation are a turnkey operation. We do all the work so you don’t have to. This is why the whole process will take very little of your time, allowing you to work on other important projects.
The Script
Our staff will either talk with you over the phone or sit down with you in person to go over what you want. You can provide us with any marketing materials you may already have as an aid. We will then write the script and fax or e-mail it to you for approval. The script will not be considered complete until you’re happy with it!
The Recording
On the script approval form, you get to choose the type of music you want and the gender of the voice talent (even designating which of our voice talent you want). You can choose a category of music or specific selections from our library (available on the website). Once we have your authorization to proceed, we will record your production. We guarantee that if you are not satisfied in any way with the finished recording, we will re-do the production until you are!
Equipment Installation
We will coordinate with your telephone installation/service vendor on the installation of the equipment. Once it is installed, we will download the recording into the equipment.
Follow-Up
On a regular basis we will remind you to change your script. Again, we will do all of the work for you.
